TEA LIGHT HOLDERS
Q. CAN I USE WAX CANDLES IN THE QUARTZ TEA LIGHT HOLDERS?
A. Yes you can use either wax or led candles. If your venue allows wax candles, we appreciate you leaving the candles to rest after they have been blown out so that when picked up, the wax does not spill onto the sides
Q. ARE THE TEA LIGHT HOLDERS HEAVY?
A. Each tea light holder is solid stone, weighing approx 1-1.5kg each
Q. WHAT IS THE SIZE OF YOUR TEA LIGHT HOLDERS?
A. Quartz tea light holders range in size as each piece is unique. An approximate size is 12cm wide by 7cm high.

PLACE HOLDERS
Q. WHAT SIZE PLACE CARD SITS BEST?
A. A standardl business card size place card works well in the place holders. View our website for inspiration.
Q. WHAT THICKNESS OF CARD SITS BEST?
A. Standard printing on 125-250gsm. For thicker cards, please contact me for more information. Each holder has been cut to allow for a card thickness (ie. drivers licence or credit card) 
Q. WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR CRYSTAL PLACE HOLDERS?
A. Each holder is unique. The circular rose quartz are approximately  3-4cm high and 3.5-4cm wide.
Q. CAN YOU USE PLACE HOLDERS FOR MENUS?
A. Yes. A5 or A6 are suitable. As part of my service offering, I am happy to print out and trial your menu or card design for you to ensure the best possible fit.

HIRE TERMS & DELIVERY
Q. DO YOU SEND ACROSS AUSTRALIA?
A. Yes. We can provide a quotation for postage or personal delivery. Alternatively collection and/or drop off can be arranged within Melbourne to your venue.
Q. HOW LONG IS A NORMAL HIRE PERIOD?
A. Our service is tailored around when your event is being held. Where time permits, delivery can be coordinated up to 7 days prior to your event and then within 5 days afterwards.
Q. DO I NEED TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT?
A. Yes. The range is unique and limited numbers are available. To secure your hire, a deposit is requested.
Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF SOME PIECES ARE MISSING?
A. In the event that pieces are not returned or damaged, the RRP of each piece is required to be paid. The RRP is outlined in your booking confirmation.
Q. DO I NEED TO PAY IN FULL PRIOR TO MY HIRE?
A. Yes. Payment is required prior to your event and hire.
Q. DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARD?
A. No. We currently accept payment via bank transfer or PayPal only.
